I have been teaching English at Woodsville High School for going on nine years. I teach mostly English 9, along with a few electives (including this one!).
What do you know about Arthurian legends? What do you know about: King Arthur, Lancelot, Guinevere, Merlin, the sword in the stone, ...and anything else you can think of?

I remember that the way Arthur became king is by pulling excaliber from a stone.
I know a little bit, about Knights of the Round Table, and how there was Excalibur and all that.... I think I actually know more than I think I do, but i'm not sure..... if that makes any sense at all.
Brittany- The only thing I know is that there is a movie the sword and the stone that makes me think about authorian legends. oh and that it has to do with king authur.
I remember that King Arthurs kingdom was called Camelot and that the Knights of the round table protected camelot from evil villains like the evil sorceress Morgana.
The only story that i really barely remember is the one with the sword and the stone story, and that he was the only one that could pull the sword from the stone.
i only know about them from watching the sord and the stone. with the boy named aurthor who puled the stone out and became king because it. also the wizzard helped him and the witch was bad!
I dont really like any of the stories from arthurian legends but i think that they are cool, like in a way of the personalities like the way they dress and stuff

Brittany- I think thats funny that a little kid pulled a sword out of a giant stone that none of the big men could pull out.
