Week 5-6: More About Myths

Share possible ideas for research related to mythology. Maybe you'd like to know more about a culture through its myths, or you'd like to find out more about the historical context of a body of myths, or find more examples of a certain type of myth (such as creation myths or nature myths), or read more myths from a particular culture...

My favorite myths are native americna myths. I love the way they tell stories. My favorite myth is the Hummingbird and the Stars. You can tell that the story is made up but the way they tell the story makes since.

I think I like Native American myths to because they can be really funny and sometimes really wierd. Also In my old school we had this Native American lady come and tell us a story.

I like the Greek myths, even though the book we're reading right now makes them very boring.
I suppose I like them because I'm part Greek and it's part of my culture.

I agree that Greek myths are fun to read but the book that we are reading is very boring. Just the way the write them makes them pretty boring. I don't know why.

I like Greek myths the best, because they tell how things originated. It seems more believable to me than other ways to tell about the origin of things. I also like Native American myths because they don't have so many twists and turns like others.
